We really loved our stay here! The spacious apartment was immaculate, and we enjoyed a welcome snack that lasted us for our whole trip. The only downside was the lack of breakfast options in the morning, but we found a cute café nearby that served great coffee. 😊

The Superior Apartment provided a spacious feel and a comfortable living area, making it easy for a family to relax. Impressive cleanliness upon arrival set a pleasant tone for our stay.
One bathroom ceiling had a leak, leading to a less-than-ideal experience, although a room change was offered. Noise from upstairs occupants during the night disrupted sleep, and we faced challenges with heating water adequately for tea, thanks to subpar coffee machine performance. The city tax was higher than initially presented, and access to the reception seemed unclear at times, as it wasn't directly next to the lift.

The kitchen was a bit under-equipped for self-catering, which made cooking a challenge at times.

Great location near attractions but that’s about it.
The bed was very uncomfortable, making it hard to sleep. Reception access was confusing and sometimes closed. We also faced issues with heating the water for tea, which was quite disappointing.

The Deluxe Apartment with Balcony offered a spacious, modern feel that was really enjoyable. I appreciated how clean the apartment was upon arrival. The living space felt comfortable, and the bed provided a good night's sleep, even if the pillows could have been a bit better. The location couldn’t be more perfect, situated on a quiet backstreet yet right in the center of Verona, making it easy to explore. Checking in was simple, despite a minor mix-up that the host resolved quickly. I loved the lift access, especially in an older building. However, I did encounter issues finding the reception, which was confusing at times and not always open. The lack of tea and coffee-making facilities was a drawback. they provided tea bags but not a proper kettle, making it hard to heat water adequately. I also wish there were more breakfast options available on-site, as the restaurant didn’t open until lunchtime. Still, there were great local cafes nearby for breakfast.

The apartment offered stunning views, and the cleanliness exceeded expectations with attentive housekeeping services. Communicating with Eleonora was seamless via text, allowing prompt responses to any inquiries. However, the reception access was sometimes unclear, and having limited breakfast options on-site was a bit disappointing. More dining flexibility would enhance the stay.

comfortable stay with a few minor issues
The location was perfect, just steps away from all the main sights. We appreciated the cleanliness of the apartment and slept very well on the comfortable bed. The generous host provided plenty of coffee pods, which made our mornings enjoyable. Additionally, we loved the city view that added charm to our experience.
However, I felt that the bedding could have been improved.
